Change of company name to SCHMITZ medical GmbH

In this context, we are pleased to announce that we have taken a significant step to underline this
strategic direction. As of 28 September 2023, we have changed our company name. Schmitz u. Söhne GmbH & Co. KG has become SCHMITZ medical GmbH (spelling as entered in the Commercial Register). The new legal form is the legal successor in all respects to Schmitz u. Söhne GmbH & Co. KG.
This change of name marks a decisive milestone in our corporate development and reflects what we stand for. The new company name emphasises our expertise in the medical field as well as our ongoing commitment to providing our customers with cutting-edge products and services. At the same time, our new company name reflects our international presence and global orientation.
